LOVE LETTERS is a project that first kicked off in 2018 in Auckland. I wanted to give NZ letterpress printers a platform and opportunity to share their work.

In this I connected with Ferrymead Printing Society (based in Christchurch) they fully got behind Love Letters not only sending in works from members but took on the exhibition for LOVE LETTERS 2020. With this became the start of the Love Letters Team. They maintain the website and are amazing at consistently sharing letterpress with their community of all ages (the youngest printer that has been in the exhibitions was 8 and came from Ferrymead).

This support lead to the LOVE LETTERS PRIDE this one we were invited by the Gallery Coordinator at Nathan Homestead Gallery to be apart of Auckland Pride. This exhibition saw our newest team member join us Rebecca Norman (Panolpy Studio based in Hawkes Bay).

For this exhibition we excited to share Celebrating All Types portfolio this was organised by Partners in Print and Hamilton Printing Museum as part of the 2021 Hamilton Wood Type and Printing Museum Wayzgoose.
